Certainly will but it’s a lot nicer over here now. Reminds me of the early days of twitter and much of the healthcare research chat seems to have moved across already.

Other issue I see is it’s too easy to miss multi-organ/system issues and general wellbeing checks especially in the elderly. I also wonder what impact there is in safeguarding.

Fantastic work and very relevant to our research applying systems approaches to care transitions. I too can work the system but it’s frustrating (why are my regular prescriptions split over 3 tools?) and I think it’s created a postcode lottery through practice differences.
