Well, they do bear a great burden.

I love those Red and Blue glitches that have become part of the Pokémon meta mythos. I told my 10-year-old niece about Missingno. and she became obsessed with it. When the Internet went down at her school one day, she said, "I think it was Missingno.!" :)

Looking forward to this one! For each of these lectures, I'm always really tempted to ask you if you've considered the effect of magnetic fields.

Pretty sure this girl gets +5 to all intimidation rolls.

How irritating! It's bad enough to have Loeb constantly promoting his particular brand of unscience, but it's downright appalling when his baseless speculation overshadows real research and data in the media, especially in self-proclaimed "science" journalism. Let's keep sci-fi in its proper place.

"Ylana Skyfire Saves Halloween" is the name of a real book item on the site, and a title like that was just begging to have its story written.

Galileo looks seriously displeased about it, too. Also, the Bodleian Library is amazing; definitely on my UK must-visit list. Thanks for sharing!

I bought Z-A, but I'm halfway through another game right now, and haven't had a lot of time for gaming so it's slow going. I'm a really linear person who likes to fully finish one game before moving on to the next, so I'm not sure when I'm going to get around to Z-A. Really excited for it, though!

Also I'm rather proud of myself that I somehow managed to get dinosaurs, robots, Victorian fantasy, and Charles Babbage into the same plotline.

Or the time I tried to make a giant robot pilot flight suit and it just ended up looking like footie pajamas, and of course nobody had any idea what I was supposed to be.

But I was a giant robot pilot in my heart and that's what counts.

Also, reminiscing on some spectacular Halloween fails of mine, like the time I went all-out constructing an elaborate set of armor for a cosplay, and it rained that night and completely ruined the costume.

I actually wrote a follow-up story that gives both Sloth and Hyren some closure, but never got around to submitting it to the Neopian Times. I'll post it on my blog eventually.

I love all these guys, but I'm totally going with Chikorita because I've loved it ever since the Gen II starters were revealed. I'm so excited to romp around Lumiose with my pudgy li'l plant dino!
