US veterinarian here - avian influenza is spreading and is a severe threat to your cat and to you and your family. If you insist on letting your cat outside please use good hygiene and please refrain from feeding raw or freeze dried food or raw milk - it’s literally a matter of life and death

Veterinarian are part of one health initiative looking for diseases that are a threat - often we are the first ones to report troubling trends . Thanks to Trump I can no longer access info on avian influenza and I am hearing reports from colleagues they can no longer renew heath certificates

This is a hard season . I miss my parents. My four year relationship ended in November. My depression is kicking it - without my animals I am not sure I’d continue but for now I will try to keep smiling 🙂

I love all my horses , cats and dogs but especially thankful to this old man - he is my ❤️ horse and one of my last links to my mum who loved him so much - hope everyone has a safe and good day
