In 2011, I had just turned 18. My life was just about to start. Instead, it ended overnight when someone put a drug in my drink. I woke up in the hospital, and from that moment on, I was chronically sick.

🧵My opinion: don’t engage in debates about if #mecfs is real. Even entertaining such ludicrous claims is unintentionally giving attention and validity to it. We have since long gotten past that, scientifically.
