This important whistleblower account (from the DOJ attorney fired for being honest in court) paints an absolutely damning portrait of an administration engaged in a conscious and calculated effort to defy federal court orders.

So glad they called the SG on the "delay remedy while we keep doing it" part. That's central to the Orbanism game the GOP is running. Bad faith institutionalism.

Two things:

1. It's fantastic that the United States actually responded to pressure and returned this 2-year-old which it stole from her parents.
2. Trump's anti-Venezuela cruelty seems to be actively creating more popular support for Maduro and may be helping the regime!

Thank you @robertgarcia.bsky.social for continuing to advocate for Andry and for grilling Secretary Noem over his awful confinement.
Andry Romero, a young gay man, was given an asylum appointment by the U.S. Government. When he showed up to the appointment we kidnapped him and sent him to a foreign prison.

I asked Secretary Noem to check if he’s alive. Her response was shameful.

NEW— I've confirmed DOGE has entered the Export-Import Bank (EXIM), an independent federal agency of the executive branch. EXIM is the US export credit agency and helps American companies secure favorable interest rates worldwide.

As we’ve said before now confirmed. FOIA requests reveal that DOGE employees are pulling in six-figure salaries, with many holding the title of “Expert,” a specific Office of Personnel Management (OPM) designation that pays around $190,000 a year.

How are things going with respect to the discovery before Judge Xinis in Abrego García?

Well, the government describes as a “false premise” that it “has been ordered to facilitate Abrego García’s release.”

(That’s *literally* what #SCOTUS held.)

Wow. That one had gone by me. They have changed their story many times. At one point saying he was a member of Tren de Aragua.
Trump fabricated a photo of Mr. Garcia with an MS-13 tattoo on his hand in an effort to keep him in prison. Please understand that Trump regime would fabricate evidence to put you or your family in jail. This is what FASCIST regimes do. My new article: deanobeidallah.substack.com/p/trump-fabr...
Trump fabricating evidence to imprison Abrego Garcia is bone-chilling--and it's what he would do to you
