Just learned that Joe Dante was supposed to direct Halloween 3 Seasons of the Witch but dropped out last minute to do the segment in the Twilight Zone movie

Plenty of valid criticisms to be directed towards the No Kings protests. But I do think one important aspect of them, if absolutely nothing else, similar to the pro-Palestinian protests, is their effectiveness of making you feel less alone and insane

What makes it better is he's the kind of guy that still believed in American dream and his bad financial situation is just temporarily. He's almost thrilled he doesn't have to delude himself anymore

Intentional or not, ICE agents make cops look so much better comparatively. Like you're relieved to be encountering the Yautja instead of a Xenomorph
An ICE agent, who is being arrested for drunk driving and nearly killing his little kids & others, tries to stop the arrest by racially profiling the officers arresting him. Amazing to watch the courtesy given to him as he is belligerent and uncooperative

I have an extremely Lib family member on here that I'm not on speaking terms with at the moment (long, complicated story. Nothing I did though) and when you scroll through their page, there's not a single mention about Israel or Gaza. Absolutely none. You would think nothing's happening at all!
