It’s a little bit ironic that the conservative movement that bought us the classic line “Facts don’t care about your beliefs” is now at the very vanguard of ignoring science, actively suppressing science education, and doing everything it can to ignore facts in opposition to their ideology.

Perhaps we should set up a tracker of schools that DO take the opportunity to backslide on Te Tiriti? I suspect there will be a consistent pattern - private, conservative, charters, leafy (white) suburbs etc…
Heartening to see Catholic Schools be strident on this one.
