Underappreciated verse

This probably won't be the experiment we want. There's already been almost 10 years of development in activity pub as a decentralized internet protocol. bluesky decided to start from scratch, rather than on the work of others. If every company does this then it's just a new centralized internet.

This is sad but not particularly surprising. Relationships are often reduced to fulfillment of gender roles & those roles grant more economic protection to men and fewer protections for women.
