All very good points. Saying "you can't make me" to the Supreme Court will cost the admin a great deal of credibility. With Trump's approval rating going more south every day, seems risky.

I just ignore what he says if it includes the word tariff. He's going to have to start declaring a new war on somebody everyday if he wants people to keep paying attention.
