How do you help subject specialists and curriculum leaders make links with other schools?

I have been building some free web apps for teachers (for fun) and have collected them on this new site.

So far:
- Whiteboard
- Visualiser
- Countdown Timer
- QR code generator

Hopefully these improve on other similar apps. Suggestions for improvements or other apps welcome.
