I’ve found this hard to follow. What is the new law changing? I read something about giving some kind of national interest exemption, but I’ve not seen much on the positive side.

I’ve heard several of my younger friends say so, and I can’t argue with their logic. Funny that those so wanting to make people poor are the same ones wanting them to have endless streams of babies.
