Granola: fits in a ziplock, keeps well, nutritious. Oatmeal, oil and honey, spelt/barley flakes, quinoa, raw hemp hearts, raw flax, chopped almonds, pumpkin/sunflower seeds, coconut, protein powder, currants/raisins. For busy people! 1.5 hours, 350F, mix thoroughly every 5-10 minutes.
