OK, so my handful of single-use VMs and containers now backup twice a week. My Docker VM backs up daily. Those backups then get synced to cloud storage once a week.
That should drastically reduce the chance of having to rebuild any one system from scratch. (Never fun.)

Well, I've added a degree of resiliency to my VM backups. I already, as of recently, threw a copy of Proxmox backup Server on an old laptop and back my VMs and CTs at least once a week. Now, I'm trying out a cloud PBS service I can then also sync my backups to for an offsite copy.

Next time I get to play D&D, I want to play a bard. And have either a soundboard (or on my guitar) Ezio’s bard songs from AC:Revalations or Jimmy’s “Strawberry Hollow” from South Park: the Stick of Truth.

Before and After speed tests. Moved from PlusNet (over OpenReach) to Virgin Media.
Now have significantly faster speeds for about the same price per month (less, once I cancel my old BT line) and because I ordered it in the Black Friday sale I have the first 3 months free.
