After much delay due to scheduling issues and COVID, the first annual Conclave of [address], the home of Samantha Allen, Alma Avalle, and Jesse Robkin, will take place tonight at 7 pm EST. It will not end until we have a new Pope.

![[Address] Conclave
- Each roommate is allotted 2 guests/Cardinals.
- All participants are eligible to be Pope of [address], even if they do not live at [address].
- The Conclave is structured in alternating sessions of discussion and voting, with the option of smoke breaks as needed.
- A candidate needs 2/3rds + 1 majority in their favor to be elected. In other words, 7 votes.
- Phones must be kept off during the Conclave. No communication with the outside world. A male nun with phone access will be present.
- The Conclave will continue until we have a new Pope.
- We will hang a photo of the Pope in our kitchen.
- The Pope gets a key and carte blanche.
- The Papal term is 1 year.
