100% what he's going for. Remove the DoE and funding, insert a puppet to shill a new curriculum to struggling schools for cheap or free. Of course, the curriculum will be MAGA approved and schools will be penalized or downgraded for not using it.

RN is going to be far more conservative than people realize. I've worked with mainland Chinese for years and most DO NOT follow western beliefs surrounding anti racism, feminism, LGBTQIA+, etc. It's very rare to find one who has strong Western sensibilities about human rights.
