Some people might not see anxiety as a big deal but it’s actually such a nightmare.
You worry all the time about something bad happening , you can’t concentrate, you can’t sleep, your emotions are all over the place, you isolate yourself.
Every day is a struggle but we endure.

2nd day in Germany was amazing! we did laser tag, an onsen, explored the city a bit, and did an escape room and went out for meals. the food here is so fresh and yummy! im loving it here 🥰

first day in Germany - my friends picked me up and we got all my stuff situated. did a bit of city walking and came back to friends home for a home-cooked meal. very physically tired from the flight, but having fun 😊 tomorrow we'll do more
