‘Tiss the season of hill repeats. This is what passes for a hill in my spot of territory. 44ft of climb. Up and down for three hours….. if variety is the spice of life, then I am feasting on four and water today!!

Beautiful prairie sunset last night. These coming months are my favorite for training. There is just something about when the weather matches the feeling of training for a big event.

Tunnel hill 100 heron pond aid station! Awesome race. Woman’s field did amazing and set a 50 mile trail world record. Got to witness history. This has been an incredible year for the woman’s ultra scene.
