anyway, glad i keep files for everything because apparently something got mailed that had specific instructions...
but it looks like it was a system hiccup of something getting an approval AFTER i ran a specific report, so it straight up did not appear in my spreadsheets. annoying!!

doubly so because nobody ever set up my extension for remote calling and i refuse to use my personal phone for work calls
