DK Land on GameBoy. I compared every render I could find (including the similar but different distant views of it) and the chimneys being behind Vine Valley seems consistent in all but final DKC1 and a promo shot taken shortly beforehand. Can only assume they wanted to tweak world order

I finished the final DOOM episode. My god, that was an absolute slog. I think I died more times in one level than I did the entire previous 24 or so.

Episode 4 of DOOM is absolutely kicking my ass. I’m too stressed out to face E4M4. Hopefully that one is a bit more chilled out.

It seems like here they took those same Bluepoint versions and did… very little. Not only that, but if you’re unlucky enough to get it on Xbox you end up with no anisotropic filtering and poor anti-aliasing, which makes the upscaled 720p look extra terrible.
It is SO lazy. Proper cash grab stuff.

I wonder if they redraw all the text, etc for the illustrated sequences like they did for the HD collection. Hopefully this time without glaring typos!
