Like how do you fuck up a Turkey this badly, like there’s no way that’s not raw in the middle. Every Turkey I have ever cooked was a perfect golden. Brown by the time it was up to temp. It’s not that hard, you put it in the oven and wait a few hours.

Like my partner and I both have decent jobs, and we’re treading water financially while 50 years ago someone in my profession could easily support 5 kids, a stay at home wife and a mortgage on a house that would be worth over a million bucks today.
