That said, most Americans don’t have enough invested or control over their investments for it to make a real difference. Unless things change and decisions up top change, this might just be the beginning.

Also, these companies aren’t bringing jobs back to America. They’re going to Vietnam, Mexico, wherever labor’s still cheap.

2. I’m going back to school (again). It feels a bit surreal saying that at 28, but I know it’s never too late to chase your goals. I’m really looking forward to diving into my Data Science degree and seeing where this journey takes me.

1. I had an amazing conversation with a colleague from another department who’s a Data Scientist. Hearing her insights and experiences was inspiring. She’s incredibly smart, and I hope to learn more from her in the future.
