With I, Claudius you need to get over "the sets are cheap, I can see it's a wig, the age makeups a little rough, it was shot on a ViewFinder" etc early. Otherwise you sound like someone attending a Broadway show spending the whole time complaining you know it's not real bc you can see the curtains.

I had a hard time playing Super Mario as a kid. I am told to squash a Goomba. Why? What motivates the Goomba? Why is this creature attacking me? For benefit of whom, Koopa? The ‘Kingdom’? And after getting flattened, where did he go? Hell? For what? Feeding his family (ostensibly)?

More people than who live in the state of Tennessee. More people than the combined population of Wyoming and West Virginia. This list could go on and on. The Republicans try to use New York City as a bogeyman, but the reality is New York is structurally underrepresented in the senate.
