Was once almost crash tackled by a servo server when I stood two metres away from my vehicle with its hood up taking to the nrma because it was a dangerous act to be on the phone.

And the only explanation to the change in shares messaging from the Servo server was that you can now pay at the pump.

Over four years the veggie dim sim is almost as popular as the beef. My preference is for the veggie!

By the time his mother had gotten herself together to tell her lawyers it was too late. Super had been paid to the cleaner. She had changed a few strategic bills of hers to his address. Taken a few selfies with him etc and had enough evidence that they were “defacto” etc.

Saw a matter where a young man with cancer had not changed his beneficiary in years (it had been his mother) and I think it was non binding. His cleaner was a young lady who targeted him and as soon as he died - she claimed it all.

However, yes - an unscrupulous flatmate can swoop in and claim super if they do it before your estate. Tell your nearest and dearest to let super fund know you’re dead before someone else can jump in.

I was advised years ago by a lawyer in this area - make your binding beneficiary your estate … then it gets paid to your estate and distributed as you wish.
