Sure, but the president does not usually give orders directly to enlisted folks, and officers do not swear an oath to obey the president. Officers swear only to protect and defend the Constitution. And officers are supposed to be able to discern the legality of their orders.

The depth and danger that man poses is immeasurable. I celebrate her seeing the light and her interest in doing what is in the best interest of her constituents.
As all public servants (not grifters) should.
