Learning the difference between wanting to be seen as a saint versus actually becoming a saint (even an unseen one) is fundamental. It is serving ego or serving God. Which do we truly desire?

Those of us raised in a more judgmental and “hellfire” religion and culture often struggle mightily with forgiving ourselves and moving forward. We are often our own worst enemies.
If you falter on the path, forgive yourself, then begin again.
