My small Linux server now entirely runs via docker containers.
No handmade jank scripts. No random programs launched at startup in random folders.
Just nice dashboards and centralized performance metrics.
All for services that average 0 users. Oof.

A food tip for anyone in the US. 9 times out of 10, if a brand does a quirky spelling of a food, it’s because it’s fake.
“Mac n’ Cheeze” = doesn’t have to have cheese. Probably doesn’t.
“Chick’n” = same story.
Vegan brands use this too but be careful of disingenuous actors

The year is 2025. You need to move a file from one WiFi capable device to another across OSes. There is no easy way to do this without relying on a 3rd party solution or site (Localsend / PairDrop). You sigh defeatedly as you draft a new email to yourself.

I’m a giant service slut. As in, I enjoy providing a technical service in the form of my media server and whoring out my horde of content I collect like a dragon.
It legitimately makes me happy when I see people watching stuff and enjoying the content I have to offer :)
