That's so true, but finding new customers doesn't mean replacing the old ones cuz maybe they're the majority it's about finding a middle point where it is both attractive and repelled by boomers and millennials and slowly selecting the customers for the next move. Maybe i'm wrong.

Marketing is the act of satisfying and retaining customers.
If this fails don't blame the audience, or the customers.
It's just bad planning and if Santino Pietrosanti didn't anticipate this, he just did a really bad job.
And if the brand triumph he'll deserve everybody's recognition.
