Last Saturday I made my husband venture out into the freezing fog for a hike. Conditions were perfect in this location for frost to form on individual needles in the trees, and an eerie fog to blank out everything around you.

A final 4 set from my trip out east this summer- my last stop was visiting family and enjoying the best of what the area has to offer (bonfires, rides through the hills, food, and a strange taste in yard art that I miss)

Along with some Gizz shows in NYC, I spent some time in northern NJ enjoying the humid climate’s reward: fungi and ferns!

After Philly, I stayed with some friends in North Jersey and went to two back to back #kinggizzardandthelizardwizard shows in NYC with them

While in Philly this past summer, I happened past the Chinese Lantern Festival. They were in the end stages of setting up when I was there, but even unlit and stationary the lanterns were amazing.
