Last night I went to the Puca Festival in Trim, Ireland.

So getting broadband Internet cable put in.And it comes from a telegraph pole out on the road.But I live on an elevation above the road.So it's connected to the bungalow.And I can touch the cable because at its lowest hanging point its only 2 metres high!!!!

‘Much-loved’ film and TV performer played dim-witted Mickey Pearce in classic BBC sitcom
Patrick Murray, the actor best known for playing Mickey Pearce in the BBC sitcom Only Fools and Horses, has died aged 68.
In 2021 Murray revealed he had been diagnosed with cancer and had an operation to remove a lung tumour in its early stages. He said in 2022 that his oncologist had told him his “lung cancer was cured and that the tumour in my liver was shrinking”, but in April 2023 he revealed it had returned. Continue reading...

How funny.saw some friends last week in UK I haven't seen in 8 years.now got a hospital appointment on Friday with an old friend I used to work with,haven't seen him in about 15 years.

So left the UK yesterday.10am redhill train station,trains cancelled to gatwick,so do a cab share with some people I met at station.2 ladles from galway and a Jewish guy from Canada in all gear,curls and all.And the rest of the journey went well.got home for 6.30pm.long day

So doing to trek back home tomorrow.tis was nice to see family,friends and drink some good local beer(pilgrim brewery).
