I agree with the sentiment, but consider the original Star Trek's tech was chunky and button heavy. It wasn't until Next Gen that touch screens became more prevalent, and even then they had a much cooler UI than anything Apple's put out in the last 10 years. (Please ignore any Trek made after 2005)

Look at Shrek 4. The designs in this movie are just really unappealing. You need a level of cartoonishness. The original two movies had it because the technology was still limited, but by 2010 computers were too good at realism. We lost that wackiness and Shrek's face looked too human-y

What if he was just sticking out his arm so Clark could grab it faster? His face was so calm because he knew his wonderful son could do it, and he had no cause for concern.

Been watching The Sopranos for the first time recently. Big fan of Hugh. This man does not care at all about the rest of the plot. He just wants to talk about the war and how he likes artichokes. Does he even know his son-in-law is a mob boss? Hell if I know. He's great.
