A new low for innocuous injuries that come with age - I hurt my knee whilst simply *standing at the toilet* last night. I wasn't even moving!

Tip for anyone working on an iPad or similar in this 'orrible hot weather: I use one of these twistable neck fans underneath to stop it from completely turning into a red hot slab.

@sonicpodcast.bsky.social when I was at Primary School Dairylea Triangles were *definitely* something my and my friends had to endure as a "snack" in our lunchboxes. I feel aggrieved now I know they may not have been intended to be eaten that way!
