Another blanket for #showmeyourknits ! This one is the #SweetShopBlanket by Laura Penrose. It's a long term project, must have cast on about 2 years ago when it was published, but I'm taking my time. It's almost baby size, and I'm going for a full throw size eventually. #blanketknitting #knitsky 🧶

Decided to make a quick waffle stitch cloth using leftover leftovers 😂 A small but important attempt at being sustainable and use it all!

How gorgeous are these colours... this is souvenir yarn from Venice, and I can't wait to see how it knits up! I bought it for socks but it feels so soft I'm not sure it will survive for long in my shoes!

Made quite a bit of progress on my sock tube, thanks to 10 hours of train travel and a couple of hours of TV knitting. It's making me re-evaluate my perception of how fast a knitter I am (much slower than I thought!) but I am thoroughly enjoying the plain knitting. #showmeyourknits #sockknitting
