As always, YOU CANNOT REPORT ONE ERROR RATE.
There are false negatives (don’t say a crime will happen, but it does) and false positives (say a crime will happen but it doesn’t).
These error rates are often negatively correlated—and have VERY different, context-specific, social/moral costs.
