Ive only really missed 3 weeks of gym since January. It's fun to do, gives me something to look forward to. there is no immediate gratification I have to maintain consistency
Change won't happen over night.

Gross, we have a big mailbox for the street and we found it today with this message.
Since it's only "property damage" no one is really going to do anything. With help from a neighbor we got it covered up
