And yes, he won twice already. Once to a historically unpopular candidate in 2016 and he rode a wave of global anti-incumbency in 2024 where things didn’t improve enough and Biden/Harris took the fall. He can’t win without exceptional circumstances. He’s within 2 points of his post-Jan 6th #s

First of all, even if the corrupt SCOTUS actually allowed it, which I doubt (7-2 probably), his approval numbers are horrible and I doubt unless he does a 180 on almost everything (he is mentally incapable of that), he would resoundingly lose.

Yes I agree. The original post was a Latino man but there is tons of blame to go around. I look at quite a lot of it as people pulling the ladder up behind them as opposed to white people just being outright racist or ok with racism. It’s disappointing thst a coalition like that, gave us him.

Not to mention white women are throwing their lot in with white men who truly think women are second class citizens and exist for men’s pleasure. Again a case of thinking that the leopards won’t eat their face. But across both groups of people the evidence was there that he will persecute you.

I find with both of those groups that aside from the truly ignorant is that they are both voting against their own race/gender identity which is truly loathsome. White women who voted for him could end up with reduced voting rights and effectively be second class citizens.

Trump repeated again and again that immigrants were poisoning the blood of this country (hint: no). He didn’t say criminals, he said immigrants. I’m very sorry but it shows such a lack of morals or empathy to vote for trump. Many of us will never get over his voters pulling the lever for him.

But if you are going to raise the question why we shouldn’t just yell FAFO and be done with it, the simple answer is that there was a mountain of evidence that trump was evil and people would be hurt and he either didn’t care enough about others or was selfish and thought he’d be fine. Neither good

To further answer what can be done is now that he has been personally hurt by this is that he does tell others his story and plead with them to listen. You might think I’m heartless, I’m not. If I met him in person I’d be sorry that this had to happen to him and probably leave it at that.

The problem is that he made his choice thinking trump would benefit him and he didn’t care who else got hurt. So the reason he made the choice is really shitty. What it will take is to not be a selfish asshole who only repents when he is affected himself. He didn’t deserve this but he voted for it.

For such a coverup to happen it would require literally over a thousand people. They pulled in so many people to review the files that it’s impossible to contain. I’m not saying they won’t try or that a number of republicans will believe the coverup. But it’s not like it’s 2 people conspiring
