It’s still lovely! Yeah, I might just spend a little time before carving going through a bunch of grits of sandpaper sequentially. Maybe 120-800 or so? That said… it’s your art and it’s already really lovely.

I think it’s coming. I’m newish to printmaking, but have gotten back into it after a long break as I’m a luthier and want to hand carve my maker-labels as well as just explore art outside of music.

I’ve already seen other music makers doing similarly.
