Not sure what others think but seems ICE has escalated in the Chicago suburbs as their activity lessened in Chicago. They obviously haven’t left the city either but seems they’ve gotten even more aggressive in the suburbs.

From a Nazi gestapo standpoint, it makes sense to fall back and concentrate their "efforts" in the suburbs, especially now that the guard isn't backing them up. Resistance is scattered so there's less chance of anyone coming to the aid of their victims. ICE IS EVIL AND MUST BE ABOLISHED.
