Making Strawberry Gochujang
strawbs, brown rice syrup, Meju, Gochujaru, Korean roasted salt, time, science, & fermentation. Such a lively product, goes into the fridge after 1 month, with many visits outside to bake in the sun. It ages well under cool air .

hmmm. I vend at a Farmers market on Sat. This morning I went and picked up my shrooms-3# of oysters. I also have white bean n onion soup, homemade mustard, Goichujang, Miso, vegan Kimchi, preserved lemons , cheong ( orange and lemon ) . It's going to be a great market day . Car is loaded .

I'm old school all the way. The pesto I make isn't fancy but has a ton of flavor. Parsley( curly & flat) scallion( white and green parts) mint, basil, cilantro . Toasted pumpkin seeds, pecans, walnuts, preserved lemon,garlic, cheese, salt n peppa and good quality olive oil. Cheers

Winter is great for citrus projects. Cheong is a favorite of mine . (L) The Buddhas hand 10 days in ....(R) A variety of oranges just getting started. Equal parts in weight, peel = sugar . Let it sit, and shake gently each day. You can dry the peels after, makes a great snack. #food #🍜Vegan
