The only place outside the United States that the gunman is related to is Afghanistan, I don't understand why green card holders from these other countries are being targeted unfairly.

Update: One of the National Guard members shot in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday has died.
President Donald Trump announced this evening that 20-year-old Sarah Beckstrom succumbed to her injuries.
The other victim, Andrew Wolfe, is still hospitalized, as is the alleged shooter.

Apparently it’s a crime to remind military members to follow the law and refuse illegal orders (something that it is ingrained in basic) and the pentagon can recall you into the service to discipline you. However, the pentagon will not prosecute you for dodging the draft five times.
