Me too, those and the hop waters. I haven't found a real non-alcoholic that is bitter but not sour.

The flip side is the hop water is almost hop flavored la croix

Saw a post complaining about Trump blasting Phantom of the Opera in the White House.

Uh, yeah, I'd do that. I mean I'd pick jc superstar as my ALW of choice, but this basic bitch isn't going to throw stones.

I feel like we're at peak "Drama happening at a high school I didn't attend."

I need an explainer, Jane, and you're the only one I trust.

Do you ever wonder what they do in life-and-death 24/7 workplaces over the time change?

I asked my wife who worked overnight as a resident at a children's hospital for at least one time change:

"Uh, they pretty much ignore it. [pause] Some of the computers they turn off for the hour."

I've always thought Trump's true super-power is his reality TV-inspired persona allowed him convince people he secretly agrees with them, no matter the topic and no matter what he actually says or does.

It's basically impossible to replicate, which is why Rs are so afraid of losing him.

I think this is very much related to @anildash.com's piece (anildash.com/2025/10/17/t...). Someone who works on LLMs (like me) would say they are very useful when applied strategically. But LLM marketers say they're a "PhD in your pocket" which leads to a lot of awkward friction.

This thread makes me think someone is going to start talking about the three-legged stool again and I don't think my constitution can take it.

I'm tired, Josh.
