New experiences tend to be more memorable. As you age, you have more routine and less new experiences. The routine tends to blend together and feel like it's gone by so quickly. Keep seeking new and interesting things to do and you'll look back to see that time hasn't flown by quite as much. ^.^

Oh, and you should use your signal even if you don't think anyone is around! This has two benefits. First, it builds a good habit. Second, it communicates to someone you may not have noticed, such as a vehicle in your blind spot, or perhaps a motorbike.

I also like to drive predictably, because that means less accidents.

I say it like this: The turn signal is to communicate the 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 to deviate from your current path of travel. i.e. Turning, lane changes, exiting, and (parallel) parking. It also means communicating 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 the maneuver so that other people know what you intend to do and that you're not impaired.

Also, I've looked at the kidcore aesthetic and color blocks don't feel quite right for me.

Now that is splitting hairs. :-) Until such a devaluation occurs, the framing is sufficient even if not the most precise. But, you are right that the wealth gap is a more accurate thing to focus on.

They are all symptoms of a deeply flawed system.

Getting on my soapbox briefly:

Literally just make stuff. I think we've become accustomed to large organisations and companies taking production into their hands and disempowering our perception of our capabilities. It's not easy but it's also not as impossible as we've been taught to think it is.
