A lot of people spinning the consequences of the shutdown negotiations. It appears a large chunk of the public doesn't know what to make of it. I think if the issue is reframed as a loss of service and support the responses would be different.

I participate in surveys through YouGov. Apart from periodic consumer surveys, there are near daily issue surveys that feed various public opinion reports in the news or used by other entities. I'll share final results that I can fit in a screenshot. This one is about ICE's actions.
