Across both visits, we ate several apps (all forgettable) & variety of bowls. The ramen is solid (3.5/4 out of 5); pork broth & noodles on point. Among the city’s best bowls. 🍜

Took the #ramen loving Mini-Me to the #Edinburgh outpost of the Hiroshima-founded, Bariuma Ramen; went twice this week.
