£2.38 for the latest Wyrd Science?

And what's that? you can then get £2.50 off the print copy if you wisely think this would be nice to ostentatiously read in a coffee shop and have other people think you look pretty hot

seems like a pretty decent deal tbh

In which I rambled to James and then his rambling in response sounds much better because he’s smarter than me and also has the magic of editing.

I have written a new blog about what an OSR is. I am told there is a lot of discourse about this, but am confident that this should settle the matter once and for all.

Another gribbly @fenrisgames.com undead! I’m ripping through these way faster that usual, I think because there are more washes and stippling than my usual style. 2 more to go and I‘m onto the bosses. I added yellow flowers for a splash of colour.

I have said it before and I will say it again in the coming week: @lostpages.co.uk and I are doing a talk at Dragonmeet about "making magic marvellous," and it's going to be fun. It's at 1430 on Saturday and if you're going to be there we would like it if you came!

This round finishes tomorrow and there’s a few bits without a bid or still at 99p, so there’s a good chance of grabbing a bargain.

Charles Platt’s column about his rejected #Warhammer novel from Interzone #36 (June 1990) is quite a take... he admits not taking the material seriously, turning in a pre-pubescent power fantasy, and then gets aggrieved when Drachenfels comes out.

I haven't been able to paint for a bit as we're madly getting the house ready for my brother to move in, so I thought I'd just post a few previous models for fun. Let's start with the little owl wizard I painted from @fenrisgames.com
I love painting hand sculpted models, feathers and eyes. ☺️

I thought I'd do a little art vs artist with some of my favourite models I've painted this year.

There are a lot of wings there, lots of Thousand Sons, a couple of conversions, and the first two busts I've ever painted. If there's one thing it's been a good year for, it's painting models. 🙂

We'd like to congratulate Nunavut on having the most RRD games per capita. They just received lots of 1pg games for their community centre! Specifically:

🔸3 copies x 6 volumes x 13 games in each = 234 games
🔸Pop. = 36,858 (across Qikiqtaaluk , Kivalliq, Kitikmeot)
🔸That's a game per 157 people!
