THE Sarah Kendzior who is in detention from Bluesky for 72 hours for quoting a Johnny Cash song?

I don't think Link should have been permanently banned AND I don't think Sarah Kendzior should have been banned for a Johnny Cash reference in relation to an article about Johnny Cash.
They got both wrong.

Hello @support.bsky.team

I heard from Sarah Kendzior @sarahkendzior.bsky.social that her account was suspended.

Can you please look into this and reinstate her account? She’s a published author and scholar on authoritarianism. Her presence here is valuable.

I have no use for a platform that suspends writers like Sarah Kendzior, and I suspect neither do thousands of others.

If Bluesky will suspend writers like Sarah Kendzior, then I have no use for this platform. It's less than useless.

This is bad. Sarah Kendzior is one of the scholars that most understands authoritarianism and our current moment in the US.
In a rare case of Substack notes usefulness, I just learned that Sarah Kendzior (author of They Knew and a brilliant writer) got bounced from Bluesky. What the hell? new @sarahkendzior.bsky.social

If Sarah Kendzior is indeed blocked on @bsky.app, this is a completely unjustified and highly questionable move. Sarah Kendzior is among the best voices of knowledge-based critical journalism in the US. See to it that this is corrected immediately and with an apology, @pfrazee.com!
