It’s not fun! It’s unfortunate that Threads seems to finally be clicking together for me in terms of showing me things I’m interested in. Still repetitive and a lot of bot energy, but I at least don’t get flanked by screaming millennials and gen x’er who don’t know how to write witty one-liners.

They’re addicted to covering wars and they each do it for different reasons or get a different high from it. Then we see how their addictions play out and what it can cost them.

I disagree! I found each of the characters interesting and I was locked in on all of them.
For me, the film is actually not so much about the war or each specific character. It’s all about the stages of addiction. Each of the characters is in a different part of that journey.
