The ACA was great achievement. But now, we are way beyond healthcare, DEI and deportation issues. There is a LARGE group who cannot see what's happening right now; Trump is becoming the "gold standard". There is no push back.

_you_, Bush, Clinton;

Push Back!

visibly, voraciously and virially

Barack,

stop talking. Start doing.
August 12, 2025 at 8:39 PM
Besides, if my dogs don’t live that long…
August 9, 2025 at 3:03 PM
Uhgg no! I couldn’t handle Trump for another 920 years.

5/5 So what we do? Sit idle by or RAISE A STORM WITH THE FARMERS? You can talk to any farmer you know, send out pamphlets, call your senator (however dead he may be). BUT DO NOT SIT ON YOUR HANDS.

4/5 By the next growing season (spring/summer 2026), the absence of these maps could disrupt forecasting and monitoring, forcing reliance on less precise ground-based or private data sources, which may not fully replicate the satellites’ global coverage and accuracy.
August 8, 2025 at 8:31 PM
3/5 If these missions are terminated, one satellite (OCO-2) would burn up in the atmosphere, and the other (OCO-3) would be turned off, halting data collection. Farmers would notice the impact within months, as they rely on seasonal data for crop planning and yield predictions.
August 8, 2025 at 8:31 PM
2/5 These measurements produce high-resolution global maps of plant growth, which are valuable for farmers. The U.S. Dept. of Agriculture and private companies use this data to forecast crop yields, monitor drought, track rangeland and forest health, aiding planting, irrigation, and grazing.
August 8, 2025 at 8:31 PM
1/5 The two NASA satellites, Orbiting Carbon Observatory-2 (OCO-2) and Orbiting Carbon Observatory-3 (OCO-3), measure atmospheric carbon dioxide and unexpectedly detect plant photosynthesis by capturing specific light wavelengths plants emit during growth.

Are they... Religious, christian? Then; no hope...
August 8, 2025 at 8:20 PM
You were talking about “swift” that narrows the use case quite a bit :-).

I run a business, part of that involves electronic products and coding. LLM deployment (mostly Claude) is instrumental. You think I could do that with only 50% error rate? Interns I hire from “good” uni are mostly badly educated. You are pumping misconception about LLM
August 4, 2025 at 2:08 PM
Most books are outdated the time they hit the shelves. And nowadays, asking LLM how stuff works is MUCH more effective.

CC has been an incredible production booster for me. All aspects of code, including help text generation. I pretty much use the "shaping" technique as you do with dog training. Ask it "something" with ok detail, then shape the result in succession, then let it rip in steps, compile each step.

Nobody cares

The truck’s fine. Your paranoia’s louder than your ham radio.
August 2, 2025 at 1:07 AM
$248, for first offense, up to 1000 and 90 days if you continue. Go for it.
August 2, 2025 at 12:54 AM
Pathologizing car ownership? That’s a weird cry for help
August 2, 2025 at 12:50 AM
All toddlers who see my truck want to sit in it. I see a lot of kids. Yours must be special.
