The thing about the First Amendment, is that speech that causes present and immediate danger is NOT protected. Punching somebody for wearing a swastika would clearly demonstrate that the swastika created present and immediate danger and therefore would not be protected.

Every single one of them needs to go down, hard. Of course now that the FBI has had their chance to take a certain orange felon’s name off of every page in the entire thing, it’s doubtful justice will actually be fully served.
