#EchoValley sometimes has disjointed editing but it’s a drama with powerhouse performances from the entirety of its leading cast. Julianne Moore and Sydney Sweeney are a devastating mother/daughter combo and together bring a familial drama that keeps you on your toes.

#TheSubstance’s more grounded and jaded sibling features a phenomenal lead performance from its star Pamela Anderson. While #TheLastShowgirl’s script isn’t always perfect it tells an important and sorrowful story about a dying art form. A poignant and unforgettable swan song.

#WolfManMovie would have been impressive if it had been Whanell’s first film, but after a stellar track record so far it’s a let down in comparison. It’s not without its attempts at originality though and while it’s slow, it does build character and has a very solid ending.

#CarryOn is a masterclass in thrills and suspense. Despite some cliché character development and over the top moments, Collet-Serra shows audiences what he’s good at, making your heart pump FAST. Egerton gives a great performance and Bateman is glorious as evil Marty Byrde/ Michael Bluth.

So Warner Bros Animation have silently released what is probably the best adaptation of Watchmen. No one’s talking about it which means we’re probably not going to get a V For Vendetta adaptation in the same vein 😢

#PorcelainWar perfectly encapsulates Ukraine’s undying spirit in the face of horrific adversity. Through the eyes of artists, it shows a country that has been torn apart but not destroyed. It can struggle to find its focus at points, but it never fails to tell an important human story.
