I keep getting asked if it’s legal to spend our campaign funds on food drives or our high school public service grants and the answer is YES. It is.

Politicians and Democratic organizations need to use their coffers to help people NOW and fill in the gaps that Trump has created.
if dems want messaging help, stop telling people you're "fighting back." it sounds like you're being mugged. call off the podcaster search, take your ridiculous money pile and try opening some food banks and free clinics. hurricanes are coming and the feds have no plan. looks like an opening to me.

You do know none of this stops unless we stop it right? No institution is coming to save us. No cavelry is coming
We have to stand up together and stop this. We cannot wait for a future date
We cannot wait until 26 to vote.
We cannot wait and hope someone will save us.
We must save each other.

I keep seeing this. Guys, their literal job is to figure out what to do. They are not helpless even if they are not the majority. I really hope we can stop treating some of the most powerful people in the world as helpless and without sentience.

Surprised by Musk’s salute? Laura Ingraham did the same in 2016. Do we really need to have the same “did he mean it” debate?

I keep hearing sentiments like “we just have to get through the next four years” as if Trump and his cronies will just step down or respect the outcome of a future election they don’t win. It won’t be that easy. It will not be that easy.

I will never stop being aghast that the United States built a higher education system that was literally the envy of the entire world—our bitterest political enemies nonetheless sent their children to us to be educated, it was so good—& then just decided to systematically, ruthlessly dismantle it

As a Buddhist, I believe in non-violence to solve our problems.

I have yet to see those condemning the left for lionizing Luigi Mangione even once criticize the right’s vile embrace of Kyle Rittenhouse, or Trump and Vance inviting Daniel Penny to be their political prop at a football game.
